RETURNS FOR LEUKEMIAM
The Beer Store is proud to support the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada, the charity of choice for our union, UFCW Local 12R24. Their mission is to eliminate leukemia, lymphoma (Hodgkin and non-Hodgkin) and myeloma by funding research and promoting public understanding of the these blood cancers.
In 2010, we were proud to raise $1,065,412.24! to support the LLSC in its fight against leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma!

The members of Local 12R24, their families and friends who were willing to donate their time and effort to the cause were the backbone of the tremendous effort. Combined with other initiatives, The Beer Store and UFCW Local 12R24's contributions raised over $3.5 million dollars.
 THIS YEAR'S EVENT
On the weekend of May 29 and 30, customers were invited to donate all or a portion of their empty bottles or cash. 100% of the funds contributed go directly to the LLSC.
You helped us to raise more than $1,000,000 in 2010!
Your donations of empties and cash will help find a cure for blood cancers.
