BISON SHORT RIBS

Preheat your oven to 250 F. Place ribs in large pan. Mix onions, garlic, beer, balsamic Vinegar and brown sugar. Pour over ribs. Cut bacon into small pieces and sprinkle Over the ribs. Cover with tightly with foil. Cook for approximately three hours. Heat BBQ to medium - about 400 F.
