Becoming experts on beer doesn't happen overnight - we've been in business since 1927 and today, The Beer Store is the primary distribution and sales channel for beer in Ontario and is owned by 30+ Ontario-based brewers! Through our Retail Stores, Distribution Centres, Draught Services, Customer Experience Centre, and our Corporate Office, we form one large team that is passionate about the beer business. Our Corporate Office is in Bolton, Ontario, and is where all of our core departments and centres of excellence are located, is comprised of approximately 200 team members from a wide range of departments and professional disciplines. Our Corporate Office team members are a foundation and support system from our team members across all parts of the business. We have a genuine, friendly, and fun corporate culture where everyone is eager and willing to help each other succeed!
Our Customer Experience Centre is located in London, Ontario and supports both The Beer Store (TBS) and Brewers Distributor Ltd. (BDL) businesses. This team is passionate about providing exceptional customer service for all our customers across Ontario and the Western provinces. Customers include our brewers, licensees across Ontario, grocery channels, convenience stores and much more, providing support for all telephone and online inquiries.
Draught Services, a division within The Beer Store, is Canada’s oldest and largest draught service and equipment company established since 1947. We work with Brewers and Licensees with a common goal of promoting the highest quality draught beer experience. We offer nationwide installations, system cleanings, service and support, and Canada’s premier keg repair service. Our Draught Services Office is located in Oakville, Ontario. Our mission in Logistics is to deliver superior distribution in a professional, efficient, and cost-effective manner. Our Logistics Team helps ensure that all channels and customers receive the products they need to stock their shelves and/or serve their customers.
